We are constantly developing our safeguarding software and adding new features which are automatically applied to all iKnow Safeguarding accounts. You benefit from these regular updates as well as telephone support from our team.
Pricing is based on the number of users who have login access to iKnow Safeguarding.
Prices include VAT at the current rate.

Additional Categories
Most organisations just need 1 Category: Safeguarding. However if you want to use iKnow for other uses then it can be upgraded to have multiple categories, which are priced at 50% extra on the base cost. For example if you have 10 users as a charity, then the price would be £40 + £20 = £60 per month, or £400 + £200 = £600 per year.
Training
We provide support for your Account Safeguarding Leads who can reach us by telephone, support email or chat. However if you are looking to have help with onboarding or training for your team then please see our bespoke training packages.
Pricing Terms
Pricing is based on storing up to 50 Checks per year per 1 authorised login so for the 5 login package it would allow up to 250 Checks per year to be managed on iKnow.
Each account can have multiple locations added to separate concerns and checks. This is based on allowing up to 10 locations per user (if you require over 30 locations then you need to select at least the 5 user package)
