Add Multiple Locations
If your organisation has multiple locations then you can create each location in iKnow Safeguarding so that Concerns and DBS checks are kept separate from other locations.

Local Users can only access their own location
The advanced access control within iKnow Safeguarding means users can be restricted to just viewing Concerns and DBS within their own location. Users who only have access to their own location won't see any information from other locations allowing you to keep the information secure and in one place for across your organisation.

Account Safeguarding Leads in organisations which have multiple locations will be able to see Concerns and DBS's from the different locations across the entire organisation.
