Access

iKnow Safeguarding has privacy built in by design

Safeguarding Leads

Each iKnow Safeguarding account will have at least 1 Safeguarding Lead who has access to all areas of iKnow. From this they can give people access to the whole of the Safeguarding module or just to certain areas of it. 

This means that your Designated Safeguarding Lead can control who has access to the Safeguarding tools and what they can see. 

Delegated Access

If you want to give access to someone just to add Concerns or to just access the Checks/DBS section then you can do this.  Concern permissions can allow a person to have access to Add a Concern but not view any other Concerns.

Full Audit History

Actions within iKnow Safeguarding are audited so Account Safeguarding Leads can see what changes have been made and by whom.
