These are the updates rolled out over November 2025 to all iKnow Safeguarding clients.
Statistics
Statistics are now available giving a monthly overview of concerns and checks.
The first tab will show an overview of the past 12 months for Concerns and Checks. The Concerns and Checks tab allow you to zoom in and out to scale the period of time you want to see stats for.
The statistics will automatically be available to Account Safeguarding Leads and can also be given to Safeguarding Users. For organisations with multiple locations, the statistics will show for the locations you have access to/ or have selected in the location selector.
Checks
We've now have added support for managing Scottish PVG within iKnow Safeguarding. Organisations in Scotland can enable this in Safeguarding > Settings > Checks.
